A Product designer who always likes a challenge, I have an ambition to always keep learning in order to produce user-centered, striking visuals with a purpose. I work closely with a team involving content design, analytics, SEO and development to produce a solution.

Life

I like fast cars, films, travelling and chocolate (With an ever decreasing Metabolism!). Be positive, be kind, appreciate life and try and learn a few things while we are here.

Work History

Lloyds Banking Group

2022 - Present

I joined Lloyds Banking Group in October 2023. Since then I have been lead designer in multiple projects hosting design sprints from discovery through to completion. I have been given the opportunity to work in an exciting new space within Conversation Banking. With the increasing prevalence in AI (a huge focus for the bank). Personalisation, self service and digitalisation of agent journeys are just a number of features I have been working on.

BT

2020 - 2022

I had the opportunity to return to BT working on an exciting rebrand using Figma. BT have embraced a user focused , iterative - build, measure and learn approach. This involves working in squads with quick turn arounds reviewing key data metrics and working on a close knit team of design, content, research and development that produces a product that has the user at heart.

Barclays PLC

2018 - 2020

I previously worked for Barclays, using Barclays and Barclaycard branding. This entailed working in agile teams, using Sketch and Adobe XD. This role allowed me to work across a variation of projects for a number of high profile companies, producing design concepts and prototypes which we could test and iterate to ultimately produce a useful and valuable experience for the user.

BT

2016 - 2018

I joined BT in 2017 for their newly formed studio team. Re-designing customer facing pages, using a newly formed style guide.

I have been the lead designer in a number of high profile projects, such as designing the mobile handsets journey for the BT.com site and re-designing MyBT account management across web and app.

I also converted the BT Style guide from Photoshop to Sketch symbols forming a Sketch library with fonts, colours, states and styles for a faster, more efficient way of working.
